Strawberry
Inside a..... Strawberry! I took a lot from the critique today! Thanks guys! I'm going to keep working on adding darker values... It's a process but here's where I am so far!!

This was a difficult picture to take... I think Iam stronger at painting and value that you can layer. I can tell that some of my weakest pieces are pieces that show value directly (like in the folds and fabric piece at the end). But with paint and pencil, you can add layers.

Hey so this is my foreshortening piece!! I know the shadow is messed up but thats ok. I tried! Hope everyone is having a good week and isn't stressing out about this turn in. At the end of the day we will all be fine. Take it one brush stroke at a time and remember that you don't really hate Art. You hate yourself for being slow :)

So this is my second attempt at the Cups project!!! I think I'm likening it so far... well i haven't thrown it away yet so thats a good sign!!! Any comments or suggestions? Tell me I'm awesome or tell me I suck! Either way just voice your opinion Please!!

Hey guys.. so we've made it through the first turn in!!! Thank god... now it's time to stress and start 5 more projects!! I'm not excited. I feel like I tried so hard on the first turn in.. now I'm lacking inspiration! I finished the folds and patterns project.. the hardest thing for me is jus STARTING a project. I think I did well last time about staying on track.. I think that I could have planned a bit better though with the projects that I did! I'm just excited for concentration pieces where I can draw all the birds I want!!! 

So I've done too many birds... heres a picture of the two together! Which one do you like more?? Water color or colored pencil birds?? 

Yay!!! All done with my second bird painting!!! No more birds! I promise...

Phase one Complete. Really scared to start the middle bird. It's going to be a cardinal! So the emphasis of the red is kinda what makes the piece!!

This will be my pattern and repetition piece. I'm going to try water color.. Idk how well that's gonna work!! This is obviously just a sketch. But I think that this phase is the best time for critiques!! It's really hard to fix form once you've started a project. So Please Please Please! Any comments or corrections are helpful! I don't know if any of you have seen Alfred Hitchcock's movie The Birds, but that movie terrified me as a child and ever since I saw it, I've had an irrational fear of birds!! Which is kinda ironic that half of the projects I have done this year have been of birds! Oh well! 

Finished Bird!

I loved working on this piece!! I have always thought that watercolor was too difficult and that I couldn't do it! This project taught me to just be patient and working in layers really helps. I know its finished and the Tri-Star turned out veryyyy wonky but do you have anything I could add or improve on?? :) 3 down 1 to go!!!

I hated the airplane project!! We all said that it would be difficult to focus on the highlights, but the medium was difficult to use as well!! The white charcoal would brush off with a napkin so you never knew what color of white you were going to get! I'm just glad this one is done! 2 down 2 to go!

So this was what I got done the first night I worked on the bird. I know its not ideal.. This is SOOO a work in progress. I'd appreciate any comments or suggestions!!

Hey y'all!! Just seeing if this will post! I created this account when I was 10 and I don't really want to change it for sentiments reasons!! Just so y'all know.. I am not 10 years old.
